Heat insulated drum
The drum, designed to keep the heat completely in the heating area, is the part where the coffee beans are roasted at the desired rate.
Sample spoon and observation window
The tiny spoon is for live observation of the final state of roasting. It is a very useful ingredient to take out a few roasted coffee beans and observe, smell or touch. The observation window allows you to see the general roasting status of the beans.
Feed and discharge tray
The trays where the coffee beans are loaded and unloaded into the machine are designed for easy use. Specially designed to prevent precious roasted coffee beans from spilling.
Cyclone for collecting husks and straw
It is an apartment required to collect wastes generated after roasting or straw mixed with the collection of coffee beans.
Stainless steel cooling tray
This section, which is set to cool hot coffee beans, is made of stainless steel for a healthier result.
Another important component of the coffee roasting machine is the PLC Touch Control Screen. The coffee roasting process can be monitored and managed in detail with the control screen.

The control screens are intelligently designed. With this feature, it keeps past roasting processes in its memory. Controls of the securely designed roasting drum door, chamber door and cooling tray are also made on this screen.
The touch control screen can transfer data to the PC via USB connection.
